National Trails UK - Fundraising Research Study
Prospect & Pitch conducted a fundraising research study for National Trails UK’s Coastal Wildbelt initiative, exploring strategic funding opportunities to protect and enhance the UK’s coastal landscapes.
Through over 30 interviews with funders and stakeholders, the study assessed investment priorities and funding barriers, informing a recommendations paper and funding opportunity analysis. Key insights were presented to trustees and senior executives, ensuring strategic alignment.
A five-year implementation plan outlined fundraising targets and engagement strategies. The study reinforced the Coastal Wildbelt’s potential, positioning National Trails UK to secure sustainable funding and drive long-term conservation impact.
Engineering Development Trust (EDT) - Interim Corporate Engagement Cover
Over three months, Prospect & Pitch partnered with the Engineering Development Trust (EDT) to enhance its corporate pipeline and build new supporter relationships.
We conducted a detailed review of lapsed relationships, re-engaging past supporters, and mapped emerging funding opportunities in STEM education and corporate philanthropy. This informed a business development strategy with compelling case statements to strengthen EDT’s funding applications.
Leveraging our network, we facilitated introductions to potential funders, expanding EDT’s reach. Through strategic analysis, targeted engagement, and hands-on support, we provided EDT with a clear pathway to securing sustainable corporate funding and long-term partnerships.
Enginuity
We led the development of Enginuity’s Future Skills Hub, overseeing the project from inception to delivery. Managing a team of internal and external stakeholders, we ensured a collaborative approach to designing an innovative platform that addresses future skills needs in engineering and manufacturing.
Our role encompassed strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management to align the Hub with industry requirements. By integrating cutting-edge learning solutions and employer insights, we delivered a high-impact resource that enhances workforce development.
This project positioned Enginuity as a leader in shaping skills for the future of engineering and advanced manufacturing.
Herefordshire Veteran Support Centre
A small veterans’ charity needed a fundraising strategy to help generate much needed income. Worked with the chair of trustees to develop a practical and deliverable fundraising plan that is already yielding results, including a UK Shared Prosperity Fund grant.
